Privacy
What we store about you. Your email (for auth), your workspace's tracked targets, chat sessions, and API keys (hashed). We never sell any of it.
Your private uploads. Videos you upload are stored in private object storage (Supabase Storage when configured, or the deployment's private server-side store) and are scoped to your workspace. They are not added to the shared corpus. We keep the file and its analysis until you delete it or request workspace deletion. Deleting an upload removes the stored file, its per-video analysis, and run artifacts derived from it; affected briefs stop being available. We retain an organization-scoped timestamp and byte count as a rate-limit and security record until the workspace is deleted.
What we store about public video content. Metadata (captions, stats, links) and our own AI analysis of publicly posted TikTok and Instagram videos, collected via commercial data providers. Video files are fetched ephemerally for analysis and never re-hosted; we always link to the original. The public-content corpus is shared across all workspaces.
AI processing and subprocessors. Uploaded video content is sent to Google's Gemini models for multimodal analysis when you ask us to watch or research it. Supabase provides database, authentication, and private Storage; Vercel provides hosting and may provide the AI gateway; Google provides the analysis models; ScrapeCreators provides public-platform data. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and retention terms.
Removal. You can delete a private upload from Your videos; if storage deletion fails, we preserve its references and report the failure so deletion can be retried safely. Creator of a public video in our corpus and want it removed? Want the whole workspace deleted? Email kotuaigor@gmail.com and we'll handle it within 7 days.
