Terms of service

Overindex is in beta. By using it you agree to the following:

Research use. The service provides analysis of publicly available content for market-research purposes. You're responsible for how you use the output, including complying with the platforms' terms when acting on it.
Uploads. You may upload only videos you own or are authorized to process. Uploads are private to your workspace, but they are sent to Google's Gemini models for the analysis you request. Do not upload material that is illegal, infringes another person's rights, or contains personal information you are not authorized to process.
Deletion. Deleting an uploaded source also invalidates briefs and other persisted research derived from that source. A deletion can fail visibly if the private storage provider is unavailable; retry it or contact support rather than assuming the file was removed.
Fair use. API and agent usage are rate-limited. Attempting to circumvent limits, resell raw data, or scrape the service may result in account termination.
No warranties. View counts, revenue estimates, and AI analyses are best-effort signals, not guarantees. The beta is provided as-is and may change or break without notice.
Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
